These terms apply to your use of strukthair.com and any purchase from Strukt Hair Co. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us
Strukt Hair Co. is run by Omari Blendz, based in Queensland, Australia. Contact: strukthair@gmail.com.

2. Products and safety
Our products are hair styling products for external use only. Read the label and directions before use. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours and packaging may vary slightly on different screens.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping
We ship within Australia and aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Pre-orders ship on or around the date shown on the product page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but we'll replace or refund faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

6. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes, early-access offers and mystery discounts are for the person they were sent to. Unless we say otherwise, codes are single-use per customer, can't be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a code.

7. Images and results
Some images on our site, including before-and-after images, are AI-generated and are illustrations of the finish our products are designed to create. Results vary depending on hair type, length, condition and how the product is used.

8. Your account and use of the site
If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access it without permission, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Strukt name, logo, photos, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You can't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Consumer guarantees and liability
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they are of acceptable quality and match their description. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

11. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the courts of Queensland.
